Samuel FORESTIER e323fab0bc Renames GitHub Actions workflow to prevent ST "All Syntaxes" oversight ...

When running "Syntaxes Tests - All Syntaxes", Sublime Text starts to
lookup syntax definitions for each file named as `syntax_tests*`.
In this case, it fails with "unable to find SYNTAX TEST marker", as our
CI workflow is definitely not a syntax test file !
